These vulcanized rubber pads are designed to reduce concussion buildup and shock in the front legs of race horses. They reduce or eliminate sole bruising (the red areas on the sole when a shoe is removed). Cured under heat and 75 tons of pressure, the Leg Saver pad will neither pull loose from the shoe nor shred away at the heels during the life of the aluminium shoe. Sold in sets consisting of 2 pairs of front bonded legsavers.
