JOINT APPLE MOUTH TANDEM BIT

The revolutionary polyurethane mouthpiece in Apple Mouth bits is apple scented and easily accepted by any horse. This material will not peel or flake in the horse's mouth. The Apple Mouth bit is longwearing, non-allergenic and stimulates salivation. The Apple Mouth Tandem bit is a unique combination of a hackamore and a Portuguese gag, giving you both poll and nose pressure. It has a leather noseband and a chain link curb strap which creates pressure both on the horse's nose and in the curb groove. This bit is suitable for very strong, forward going horses who also have sensitive mouths. Not suitable for use by an inexperienced rider. Sizes: 5" and 5.5".
