Johannesburg

1. Web Sales Coordinator
The above position will become available on 1 August 2017. Key Performance Areas:

The web sales coordinator will report to the Web Branch Manager of WS and will be accountable for the following:

  • Processing and confirming all web orders received
  • Answer all customer related queries received through the web channel
  • Send out tracking information to web clients once orders are despatched
  • Assisting customers with all tracking related enquiries
  • Answer all telephonic enquiries received
  • Assisting in web administration duties
  • Assisting with the uploading to and editing of product information to the website including descriptions, sizing charts and photos

Requirements:

  • Equestrian background essential
  • Valid matric certificate
  • Valid light motor vehicle drivers licence
  • Computer literate
  • Web sales & qualifications/experience an advantage

2. Internal Sales Staff
Permanent sales staff position. The successful applicant will form part of our inhouse sales team and can look forward to working in a vibrant and enjoyable equestrian orientated environment. The applicant will report directly to the JHB Shop Manager and daily tasks will include assisting in the everyday running of the shop, serving clients and handling customer queries. The position is ideally suited to an outgoing, mature and realiable applicant with good administrative , communication and people skills. Equestrian knowledge is essential and previous sales experience will be beneficial. Interested applicants should forward their CV marked for Darryl's attention to darryl@westernshoppe.com.

3. Casual Sales Staff
The successful applicant will form part of our inhouse sales team and can look forward to working in a vibrant and enjoyable equestrian orientated environment. The applicant will report directly to the JHB Shop Manager and tasks will include serving clients and handling customer queries. The position is ideally suited to an outgoing, mature and reliable applicant with good administrative , communication and people skills. Equestrian knowledge is essential and previous sales experience will be beneficial. Applicants must be willing to work at least two weekends a month and on public holidays. 4. Admin Assistant

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Daily Banking
  • Capturing of Inventory Data
  • Reconciliations of Debtors Accounts
  • Processing of Invoices From the Sales Reps
  • Debtors Control
  • Creditors Reconciliations
  • Various Daily Administrative Functions
The applicant must have a knowledge of debtors AND creditors, must be computer literate and must have their own transport.

The above position is currently vacant, and needs to be filled as soon as possible.

The applicant will report directly to the PE shop manager and daily tasks will include assisting in the everyday running of the shop, serving clients and handling customer queries. The position is suited to an outgoing, mature and reliable individual with good administrative, communication and people skills. Equestrian knowledge is essential and previous sales experience will be beneficial. Applicants must be willing to work at least two Saturdays a month.

Requirements:

• A valid Matric certificate
• A valid driver’s licence
• Basic computer literacy
• A working knowledge of the equestrian sector
• Enthusiastic and open minded personality with a willingness to learn
• Performance driven
• Be able to work under pressure
